COVID-19 has been a time a many challenges and, perhaps, some blessings. As our children return to school and many of us return to work, uncertainty and fear can threaten to overwhelm us. With physical distancing recommendations some of us have lost some of our social supports as well as other aspects of our self care.
This 2 hour virtual workshop presents a framework of mindfulness and self compassion in order to learn practical skills to help us drop in to our moments of connection, joy and gratitude. It is open to parents of kids of any age, pre-school to teen.
