Mindfulness is defined as “paying attention on purpose, in the present moment and nonjudgementally”. It is a practice of being alive for both the challenges and blessings of our lives.
As parents we are exposed to many stresses and demands that can affect our own health as well as those around us.
Bringing mindfulness and meditation skills into our own lives and into our family allow us to foster self regulation, compassion and resilience for ourselves and for our kids.
Mark offers presentations and longer half day/full day experiential workshops and courses to bring mindfulness into how we care for ourselves and for our family.
