Deepen your experience and practice of mindfulness and meditation amidst the beauty and quietude of Salt Spring Island
Join Dr. Mark Sherman and your community on beautiful Salt Spring Island, BC for this 5 day meditation retreat experience. This immersive retreat will teach basic and more advanced meditation skills, allowing significant practice times for formal and informal mindfulness, while immersed in the restful and picturesque sanctuary of the Salt Spring Centre for Yoga. Silent sitting periods of meditation will be interspersed with morning yoga, walking practice; mindful inquiry; group discussion; and time for self exploration and rest.
This five day workshop will take place at Salt Spring Centre of Yoga on Salt Spring Island, BC. Arrivals and introductions will be in the late afternoon/ early evening of Thursday, September 28, 2023 and the retreat will finish at noon on Tuesday, October 3, 2023. Tracy Boyd will again be joining us, offering morning and afternoon yoga, as part of this retreat! Registration includes tuition, as well as accommodations and meals. The location of the centre on 69 acres of land which provides ample opportunity to walk, rest, and explore the incredible surrounding nature.

*Cancellation Policy: You will receive a full refund of your registration, minus a $150.00 processing fee, up to 60 days prior to the start of a retreat. If cancellation occurs between 30-59 days 50% of the registration cost will be reimbursed. Cancellations <30 days will not be refunded. If the retreat is cancelled relating to COVID, or other unforeseen resons, you will be refunded the full tuition.
